WHO IS ISR

ISR, Integrated Solutions Resource, Inc. is an independent manufacturers’ representative firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. ISR concentrates on manufacturers in the security industry, primarily surveillance and access control. We also represent manufacturers in the audio, video teleconferencing and structured cabling industry. ISR seeks manufacturers product lines that can be integrated with one another to offer complete solutions to our market.

WHY ISR

ISR's goal is to offer complete integrated solutions to our dealer base, architects, engineers and consultants. ISR provides integrated solutions for the surveillance, access control, audio and structured cabling industries. Our surveillance lines include technologies in analog, hybrid and NVR/IP systems. Access control lines include cost effective, user friendly systems to enterprise class solutions, telephone based entry panels, proximity and biometric readers, magnetic locks, electronics locks and accessories. ISR also offers ancillary products such as racking systems, UPS solutions and power conditioning to fulfill all project requirements. In the residential market we offer structured cabling systems and intercom systems.

This range of products offers solutions for all markets to include commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, government, traffic and retail applications.

ISR's Management

ISR's management team has developed a complete understanding of the industry by holding positions in all facets of the industry. These positions include working as an integrator, independent manufacturers’ representative and as a factory direct representative.

Tony Jones has over 17 years industry experience working for integrators, independent manufacturers representative firms and as a direct factory employee. These positions include Executone Information Systems, ADT, Honeywell, BC Electronics (independent manufacturer's rep firm) and Vicon. Tony sold and/or represented lines in both video, audio and access control. These manufacturers include Panasonic, cVideo, Mitsubishi, Vicon, Aiphone, Telex, IED, Furman and QSC. Over the years, Tony has developed solid relationships with architects, engineers and consultants. Tony has extensive knowledge in the layout and design of digital video systems.

Bob Williams has 35 years experience in consumer electronics, commercial CCTV, and security working for retailers, integrators, independent manufacturers’ representative firms, distributors, and as a direct factory employee. These positions include Cititronix/Panson, Interface Security Systems LLC, Primary Systems, Protection Systems LLC (independent manufacturer's rep firm), Access Automation and Controls Group, and General Solutions. Bob sold and/or represented lines in video, audio, access control and perimeter security. Manufacturers’ represented include Integral Technologies, Kalatel (GE), DigiOp, Samsung, JVC, DoorKing, Chamberlain, and a host of others. Over the years, Bob has developed solid relationships with architects, engineers and consultants.
